NATIONAL SEWING MONTH PHOTO CONTEST Every year, in honor of National Sewing Month, the Sewing Station of Austin holds a contest and gives away a really cool prize. In 2006, we gave away a Scandinavia 400 Sewing and Embroidery machine; in 2007, we gave away a $1000 Shopping Spree. This year, we are going to do more!! This year, in addition to a $1000 Shopping Spree, we will be giving away a $100 gift card each month, from September to December. All you have to do is show your Sewing Station of Austin Spirit!! How to Enter: Step 1: Wear your Sewing Station of Austin T-Shirt out in public. Step 2: Pose for a picture in your Sewing Station of Austin T-Shirt. Step 3: Submit the picture to us. Each month, from September to December of 2008, the person, who submits the most unique photograph, will win a $100 gift card, good at the Sewing Station of Austin. Then all of the submissions from September to December will be judged, and the most unique photograph will win a $1000 Shopping Spree to the Sewing Station of Austin!! HINTS: The more public your photograph is, the better your chances of winning. The more unique your photograph is (ie if someone gets a picture in front of a famous landmark, or with a famous person,) the better your chances of winning. The more inappropriate, or offensive, your photograph is, the worse your chances of winning... as your picture will be disqualified.
